Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 years old referred to Rehab center Individuals given to a rehab center by a doctor Residence in Yazd province Ability to understand and speak and to read and write in Persian No previous history of heart surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Congestive heart failure Myocarditis Pericarditis Trombophlebitis Severe hemodynamic problems Carry out an emergency heart surgery for any reason
