Intervention 1: Control group: We will inject treatment of standard ( ?treatment standard 30 minute before ?analgesic block plane transverse ultrasound of the abdomen ) in control ?group. Intervention
Treatment - Drugs
Control group: We will inject treatment of standard ( ?treatment standard 30 minute before ?analgesic block plane transverse ultrasound of the abdomen ) in control ?group.
Intervention group: We will inject (Paracetamol 15 milligram in kilogram in pain and 1 gram ?before incision to 4 time in day, Diclofenac suppository 1 milligram in ?kilogram in pain to 2 day after )?

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Laparotomy; both of gender Exclusion criteria: inability to walk; children; at the same colostomy; respiratory diseases; allergy to drug; addiction
