Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Dental students with good general and dental health no systemic disease no orthodontic appliances no use of antimicrobial mouthwash in the previous 3 months no use of medications that affect saliva flow no history of maxillofacial radiotherapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: any systemic disease use of alcohol add smoking active caries Having composite lamination and composite restorations in the aesthetic area People who develop allergies to the substances during the intervention and use of the study drugs

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Count of Streptococcus mutans and salivarius in plaque and saliva. Timepoint: Before the start of the study, 14 days later, 30 days later. Method of measurement: Sampling of plaque and saliva from participants at specific time intervals and then using specific culture media for these bacteria.
