Intervention 1: Intervention group 1: Green tea pill 3 times a day for 3 months. Intervention 2: Intervention group 2: Metformin tablet 500 mg 3 times a day for 3 months. Intervention 3: Control group
Treatment - Drugs
Intervention group 1: Green tea pill 3 times a day for 3 months.
Intervention group 2: Metformin tablet 500 mg 3 times a day for 3 months
Control group: Placebo tablet 3 times a day for 3 months.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Age of 18 to 40 years; polycystic ovarian syndrome; insulin resistance; body mass index >25; oligoovulation; Irregular menstruation. Exclusion criteria: Cardiovascular diseases; renal failure; mental disorder; hyperthyroidisms; gastric problem; sensitivity to caffeine; using warfarin, aspirin; propranolol or alkaline phosphatase.
