Intervention 1: Intervention group: We prescribe 3 milligram Melatonin every night for 8 weeks. Intervention 2: In control group: We prescribe placebo for 8 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: multiple sclerosis with Mc.donald score; 18 to 50 years; ?Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS) 0 to 5.5; multiple sclerosis with IFN-B. Exclusion criteria: pregnancy; ?patients with acute attack in 3 months ago; Lack of routine monitoring of ?patients. ?
