Inclusion criteria: Candidate for cleft palate surgery Age between 6 months to two years Weight between 7 to 21 kg
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Anemia Cardiovascular disorders Coagulopathies Coagulopathies in Family Any congenital and genetic disorders
