Interventions

Intervention 1: Listening to preferred music (classical, traditional, light) for half an hour in the intervention group 1.5 hours after initiation of hemodialysis with using handsfree. Intervention 2:

Listening to preferred music (classical, traditional, light) for half an hour in the intervention group 1.5 hours after initiation of hemodialysis with using handsfree.
In the control group with hands-free half-hour rest on the ears without music 1.5 hours after initiation of hemodialysis.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the study: All patients over 18 years; More than 3 months hemodialysis; Cognitive and healthy hearing; Do not use hearing aids; More than 3 pruritus intensity VAS scale; No history of skin diseases cause itching, drug allergy. Exclusion criteria: A non-uremic pruritus origin (by a doctor); lack of patient cooperation and participation in the study.
