Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: patients between 18-65 years old; patients with diagnosed bipolar depression based on DSM-5 and MADRS score equal to or more than 7 exclusion criteria:Death patients;Lack of cooperation patients by the end of the study;patients who intensified disease And not be able to continue cooperating

DNA damage,catalase activity,total antioxidant capacity. Timepoint: before the intervention,at the 8th week of intervention. Method of measurement: salivary & urine level.
