Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: a minimum of one year working experience in oncology wards; being Muslim; speaking Persian language; having at least an associate degree in nursing; consent to participate in the research. Exclusion criteria: absence for more than one session to caring program; lack of active participation in the sessions.
