Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Studying in Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences At the time of study; at least 18 years old; Currently do not get any type of psychotherapy; Do not suffer from a serious mental disorder (eg, psychotic or mood disorders) Exclusion criteria: Not having tools to listen to audio files related to meditation; regular practice of mindfulness exercises before participating in the study (once a week or more); Study of workbook before participating in the study
