Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having hot flash symptoms, , satisfaction to participate in the study passing at least one year from menstruation after the onset of menopause

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: sensitivity to the studied plants the emergence of any mental illness increased symptoms of hot flashes
