Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nullipara- mothers with the lowest literacy in reading and writing Iranian nationality- married Not addiction with alcohol and extasia material NO associated with difficault diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: affected to depression having preterm labour before this reseach
