Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ability to communicate in Persian language Diagnosis of type 2 diabetes not participating in similar research project ability to connect age of 30-60 no evidence of known psychological problem and using medicine

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: new emergency problem which effect on her/his cooperation new physical disability which effect on her/his cooperation
