Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: The number of sperms should be more than 15 million per mililiter; Sperm motility should be between 40 till 60 percent without a grade; Having at least one failed IUI. Exclusion criteria: Women with history of ovarian surgery; Endocrine disorders (polycystic ovarian syndrome, thyroid disorders, hyperprolactimenia, hypogonadotropic hypogonadism); Endometriosis; Age over 40 years.

Occurrence of pregnancy. Timepoint: 2 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: Mili IU per mililiter scale using beta hCG kit and Chemi Luminescence method.

Sperm motility. Timepoint: 30 minutes after sample collection and immediately after intervention. Method of measurement: According to WHO criteria using the CASA software.;Sperm capacitation. Timepoint: 30 minutes after sample collection and immediately after intervention. Method of measurement: visual scale using chlortetracycline staining and fluorescence microscope.;Sperm DNA fragmentation. Timepoint: 30 minutes after sample collection and immediately after intervention. Method of measurement: visual scale using Halosprm kit and optical microscope.;Sperm viability. Timepoint: 30 minutes after sample collection and immediately after intervention. Method of measurement: visual scale using eosin nigrosin staining and optical microscope.;Sperm count. Timepoint: 30 minutes after sample collection and immediately after intervention. Method of measurement: According to WHO criteria using neubauer chamber and optical microscope.
