Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Candidate for receiving two implants using the fresh-socket technique in the anterior or premolar regions Age over 21 years The site of the freshly extracted tooth must have four intact bony walls
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Smoking more than 10 cigarettes per day Patients unable to tolerate the surgical procedure The residual tooth intended for fresh-socket implant has an endodontic lesion Active dental infection or osteitis affecting the residual tooth.• Ankylosis of the residual tooth Pregnant or breastfeeding female patients Medical conditions that interfere with normal tissue healing, such as uncontrolled diabetes debilitating syndromes
