Intervention 1: Intervention group: Ten high-powered lumbar traction sessions, stretching starts with 80% of the patient's weight, and during each session, 1 kg is added to the amount of stretching. I

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ages 20 to 45 years Involvement in L4-5 or L5-s1 discs Protruding and bulging discs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Discs that have strode and complete rupture Patients with a history of surgery due to disc or lumbar problems Patients with a history of acute trauma in the vertebral region, or fracture in the vertebral region Patients with high blood pressure Patients with a history of osteoporosis
