Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: diagnosis of heart failure by cardiologists and selected 4 months of diagnosis, age over 40 years of echocardiography in admissions to the ejection fraction 40 or less than 40%; grade two or three heart disease, consent to participate in researchExclusion criteria: patient died within research, patient dissatisfaction to continue cooperation
