Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Iranian women between 18-35 years old; affected by gestational diabetes that they diagnosed at the first time in pregnancy by FBS or OGTT test; have tendency and conscious consent to inter the study; do not affect by other physical or psychological disorder. Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue participation in the study; if they do not present at least 2 sessions of total counseling sessions; affection to other disorder than diabetes.
