Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria; female 18 -30 years old; lumbar hyper lordosis; medium level of physical activity; cardiovascular health. Exclusion criteria: pregnancy; diabetes; epilepsy; scoliosis; fainting.
