Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: children must be at least one course of chemotherapy; having a primary caregiver in the family; age between 1-7 years; workers have more than 18 years; have the ability to speak; read and write; lack of any chronic mental disorder. exclusion criteria: carers member of the peer group; a history of participating in training programs on child's illness; death in children during the study; withdrew workers from continuing to participate in the study; the absence of more than one session training class in carers member groups.
