For the intervention group study in addition to prescribed medications to control Nahyl capsule is administered every 6 hours

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: wisdom mandibular teeth left and right in same condition; 17 to 37 years; healthy Exclusion criteria: dissimilarity situation impacted mandibular teeth left and right; systemic problems
