Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1- Age from 20 to 35 years 2- Wife's normal spermogram 3- Normal Hysterosalpingography 4- Has normal Rotterdam diagnostic criteria for PCO 5- No underlying conditions such as thyroid, diabetes, hyperprolactinemia Exclusion criteria 1- unsolicited ovarian response 2- Hyper stimulation syndrome 3- Non-referred

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Fertility rate in both intervention and control groups. Timepoint: Two weeks after IUI surgery. Method of measurement: Using laboratory kits to measure BHCG in the blood.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Determining the thickness of the endometrium per day of IUI. Timepoint: Once during IUI. Method of measurement: Transvaginal ultrasound.
