Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age over 60 years MMSE less than 18 The possibility of performing neurocognitive evaluations Expected survival greater than 12 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of brain radiotherapy History of seizure Active skin disease in the scalp History of malignancy except skin cancer History of stroke in the last 3 months Non-compliance with brain radiotherapy Impossibility of obtaining informed consent from the patient or substitute decision maker

Neurocognitive performance after treatment. Timepoint: before treatment, 3 months and 6 months after treatment. Method of measurement: CDR.;Complications. Timepoint: 3 months and 6 months after treatment. Method of measurement: Based on Common Terminology Toxicity Criteria (Version 5.0).
