Intervention group 1: Injection is done by counterirritation.
using the head of dental mirror.
Intervention group 2: Injection is done by precooling refrigrant.
using pre-cooling method by refrigerant spray for 5 seconds prior to injection.
Intervention group 3: Injection is done by precooling ice.
using precooling method by ice for one minute prior to injection.
Control group:injection is done by benzocaine.
using a 20% benzocaine gel for one minute prior to injection.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: child aged 6 to 10 years with no history of systemic disease and allergies to topical anesthesia. Exclusion criteria: In case of dissatisfaction at each stage of the study
