Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women with androgenetic alopecia with a Sinclair stage between 2-5 Be between 18 and 50 years old Have not received treatment for hair loss in the last six months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with hair loss due to inflammatory causes such as areola Patients with hyperandrogenism (hirsutism and menstrual disorders and biochemical increase in hormones) Patients with systemic diseases (diabetes, cardiovascular, liver and kidney diseases or cancer) Patients who are breastfeeding or pregnant or planning to become pregnant in the next six to nine months Patients with platelet disorders, thrombocytopenia Sensitivity or allergy to topical minoxidil

MeasureTime frame
Clinical improvement in overall hair condition according to Sinclair staging. Timepoint: The shading and Sinclair stages of all patients will be reviewed and recorded by three different evaluators before the start of treatment and then in the third, sixth, and ninth months of treatment based on clinical images (taking pictures with a camera and under the same conditions). Method of measurement: Hair density and diameter will be measured using trichoscopy analysis every 3 months. The exact area for trichoscopy will be determined 15 cm above the glabella on the scalp, which will be evenly spaced using a folding ruler for all patients.
