Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Patients undergoing Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting for the first time; the ability to speak Persian language;full consciousness and awareness of time, place and person;do not have cognitive impairment; they should not have any medical education or any information concerning it;Willingness to participate in research;a person who has the most important role in looking after the patient should attend the patient in training meetings; patient care giver must be literate;Patients should be over 18 years old. Exclusion Criteria:The patient dies or suffers from new physical problems so that loses his ability to take care of himself; patient either changes his mind during research or gets unwilling to collaborate with the researcher.
