Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group are receiving melatonin with dose of 0.1 mg / kg. Intervention 2: Control group: Receive serum therapy and oxygen therapy.

Inclusion criteria: Patients with pulmonary contusion due to Blunt trauma Patients with informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women Patients with penetrating trauma Drug interactions with Melatonin Patients with digestive disorders

The Serum NO level. Timepoint: After administration of Melatonin. Method of measurement: Total antioxidant capacity assay kit.
