Inclusion criteria: Having metabolic syndrome according to International Diabetes Federation (IDF) guideline Age range from 35 to 65 years Daily clarified butter/ghee consumption of 3 to 8 servings
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Renal disease Heart failure Having various type of cancer Psychotic disorders Pregnancy and lactation during the study
