Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Lack of history and catching to cancer and benign neoplasm of breast; Lack of history and catching to cancer and benign neoplasm of breast in relatives degree one; age more than 40;ability of read and write Exclusion criteria: Not wanting to continue to participate in the study; do not participate in a maximum of one session;Cancer or benign breast disease during the study
