Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Studying at a high school during the course of the research, residing in Khorram-Abad, willingness to participate in the study Willingness to participate of the parents of the students in 3 training sessions and joining the “Healthy Nutrition” virtual group (with a focus on breakfast and healthy snacks) Willingness to participate of the school staff in 3 educational sessions and joining the “Healthy Nutrition” virtual group (with a focus on breakfast and healthy snacks).

The adoption of the behavior of eating breakfast at home and healthy snacks at school. Timepoint: Before the intervention and 3 months after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: questionnaire of Breakfast and Healthy Snack Consumption and the Psychological Factors Affecting It.
