Interventions

Intervention 1: Dexmedetomidine 1 microgram per kilogram of body weight intravenously over 10 minutes. Intervention 2: Lidocaine (1%), 1.5 milligram per kilogram of body weight intravenously 90 second
Treatment - Drugs
Dexmedetomidine 1 microgram per kilogram of body weight intravenously over 10 minutes.
Lidocaine (1%), 1.5 milligram per kilogram of body weight intravenously 90 seconds before intubation
Fentanyl 2 microgram per kilogram of body weight intravenously

30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age 30-80 years; ASA class II and III; no allergy to the study drugs; lack of BMI=30; lack of diabetes; non pregnancy; lack of asthma; lack of chronic kidney and liver diseases; lack of long QT; lack of addiction. Exclusion criteria: time of intubation for more than 15 seconds; any kind of difficult intubation.
