Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dorsal hump>2mm Previous history of septprhinoplasty Gross facial and nose asymmetry Sever deviated nasal septum Congenital deformity of the nose

Aesthetic nasal dorsal line. Timepoint: Befor and after surgery. Method of measurement: Adobe photo shop software.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Nasal valve function. Timepoint: Before and after surgery. Method of measurement: Questionnaires (NOSE scale scale) & ct scan of nose & PNS.;Satisfaction of patients of cosmetic outcome. Timepoint: After surgery. Method of measurement: Questionnaires (ROE tool).
