Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: The Age range between 45-55 years, and 1-5 years of their last menstrual period should be pass, they have at least primary education, no treated with hormone therapy, no treated with chemotherapy and they must reside in Mashhad, Lack of obtaining training of the choice theory before intervention, the lack of experience of a traumatic event in the last 6 months, lack of /or hospitalization due to mental illness, lack of drug addiction, having phone call. Exclusion criteria: unwillingness to participate in the study, more than 2 sessions absence in the classroom, failure to complete the questionnaire, and is the member of the health care or medical team
