Interventions

Intervention 1: 5 ml of Asafoetida mouthwash twice a day for two minutes each use. Intervention 2: 5 ml of Chlorhexidine mouthwash twice a day for two minutes each use.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria : Age 18-35 years Exclusion criteria: systemic disease? use of antibiotic at least one month before and during the study period ? severe dental malocclusion and crowding?presence of subgingival pocket more than 3 mm and crime ?presence ofharmful Oral habits ? treated periodontal (including scaling and operation) in the last six months ?pregnant women

MeasureTime frame
Plaque index. Timepoint: Before and 4 days after intervention. Method of measurement: Stained plaque.;Gingiva inflamation. Timepoint: Before and 4 days after intervention. Method of measurement: Find inflammation.

Tooth color. Timepoint: Before and 1 week after intervention. Method of measurement: Observation.
