Intervention 1: Intervention group: Recorded video of student’s performance will used for debriefing (video-assisted debriefing).The duration of the debriefing provided to each student is about 15 min

Control group: In control group, students will receives oral debriefing of their performance. The duration of the debriefing provided to each student is about 15 minutes.

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: first semester nursing student of Tabriz nursing and midwifery faculty. Exclusion criteria: having clinical experience; having intravenous therapy experience.
