Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: adult patients aged between 18 to 65 year-old; patients candidate to undergo elective thoracotomy with one lung ventilation; class I or III according to ASA classification. Exclusion criteria: severe cardiac disease; severe hepatic disease; severe renal disease; body mass index greater than 30; previous history of thoracic surgery; anemia (hemoglobin less than 12mg / dl ); chest trauma; patients suffering intraoperative complications.
