Inclusion criteria: Age range 18 to 50 years Body mass index over 25 kg/m2 Inactive lifestyle
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having weight-loss diet Not permitted for exercise Use of antibiotic medications or probiotic supplements Presence of metabolic or gastrointestinal diseases including inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) Failure to adhere to the prescribed fasting protocol Failure to adhere to the exercise training protocol
