Peripheral Neuropathy of Type 2 Diabetes. Type 2 diabetes mellitus with diabetic polyneuropathy

Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Circuit resistance training over 3 months with the frequency of 3 sessions per week and 36 sessions in total, with the intensity of 50-70% of one repetition maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of type 2 diabetes for more than 5 years diagnose of peripheral neuropathy by a neurologist HbA1c over 6.6% No restriction for exercise Sedentary life-style

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: regular exercise training Orthopedic problems Heart Surgery
