Buprenorphine maintenance, for a period of two months, sublingual tablets, 1 or 2 times a day between 2 and 6 mg

Methadone maintenance, syrups and tablets, 1 and 2 times a day from 25 mg to 120 mg can

tincture of opium , syrup, according to 25 cc , 2 times a day

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of opioid dependence according to DSM-5 criteria; Lack of physical diseases; Lack of exposure to acute mental disorders; Having Between 20 and 60 years Exclusion criteria: Re-drug use (relapse); Unwillingness to participate in the scheme
