Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 6 to 12 years No need for branol insertion in vital cases, such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation or seizure ... Do not use of systemic or topical analgesics based on taking a biographical report of the child and parents within 24 hours before inserting branol Absence of neurological defects such as (organ neuropathy, paralysis of the limbs) affecting perception of pain based on the biography of the child, the parents and the clinical examination No history of allergies, skin dermatitis and ulcers in the target area (such as the back of the arm) for insertion of a venous catheter Insensitivity to cold
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Lack of proper cooperation from the child and the child's parents Failure to install branol in the first attempt Not having enough time to do the basics before installing branol in emergency situations
