Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 years and older Stone size between 5 and 20 mm Stone located between the renal pelvis and the bladder
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Lack of concent to participate in the study. The participant may withdraw from the study at any stage of the research.

| The outcome is the anxiety level of first-time candidates for transurethral lithotripsy, measured before and after the educational intervention using a standardized anxiety questionnaire. Timepoint: Anxiety will be assessed at baseline (prior to the start of the intervention) and again 30 minutes before surgery. Method of measurement: Anxiety will be measured using the State–Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI). The instrument will be completed by participants as a self-report measure.;The outcome is the sleep quality of first-time candidates for transurethral lithotripsy, measured before and after the educational intervention using a standardized sleep quality questionnaire. Timepoint: Sleep quality will be assessed on the day after surgery, before hospital discharge, and two weeks after discharge. Method of measurement: Sleep quality will be measured using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). The questionnaire will be completed as a self-report by the participants. | — |
