Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women who have a singleton pregnancy Pregnant women over 20 weeks of gestation Pregnant women should be literate (at least elementary) Pregnant women who do not have known fetal diseases. Pregnant women with gestational diabetes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women with underlying physical illness and mental illness Pregnant women with a history of infertility Pregnant women who use psychotropic drugs, sedatives, and narcotics Pregnant women whose pregnancy is terminated due to maternal and fetal consequences.
