Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria The nurses were included who had 6 month of work experience in the wards; and nurses were willing to participate in the study. Exclusion criteria Dissatisfaction of nurses at every stage of the study, nurses transferring to other wards. The questionnaires with identical answers to all questions; Failure to complete more than 50% of the questionnaires items.
