Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with severe persistent asthma over a year Age group 12-80

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Kidney,liver,and heart failure based on the tests, history and physical exam High blood pressure more than 180 mm Hg Fever Pergnancy and lactation;

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Forced Expiratory Volume in First Second. Timepoint: Before and after the intervention (end of month 3). Method of measurement: Spirometry testing.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Wheezing intensity determination. Timepoint: At the first of the study(before intervention) and 3 months after intervention. Method of measurement: History and physical exam with stethoscope.
