Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Between 18-70 Years old; admitted with acute pulmonary embolism confirmed by pulmonary CT angiography signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of recurrent pulmonary embolism Low-risk pulmonary embolism Unable to participate in an exercise program Pregnancy Unable to read and understand the consent form
