Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Males; young athlethes; aged 25-35years; body mass index (BMI) equal or greater to 30; No current chronic health problems. Exclusion criteria: Smoking and alcol;and uncontrolled intake of any supplement or drugs.
