Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria : 18= years old ; having the ability to receive the training and take care of oneself . Exclusion criteria : a lack of cooperation during the study (unwillingness, migration, or non-compliance with the program) ;hospitalization for any reason(acute complications of the disease ; cardiovascular disorders ;and other problems) ;su?ering from acute or chronic infectious diseases,and an urgent need to alter the chelation therapy due to an excessive increase or decrease in iron overload ; diagnosed with psychiatric symptoms that were not seeking treatment for a mental health disorder ;did not consent to participate; being prohibited to exercise by a cardiologist ; and having participated in similar studies during the past six months .

MeasureTime frame
Serum Ferritin. Timepoint: After three months, then every year for three years. Method of measurement: Serum Ferritin was measured by ELISA using kits specified to human samples.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Six Minute Walk test (6MWT). Timepoint: After three months, then every year for three years. Method of measurement: During the 6-minute walking distance measurement.
