Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Having functional class III and IV New York Heart Association; Diagnosis of heart failure at least six months ago, Minimum age 18 years and maximum 65 years; Can read and write; Lack of private nurse, Lack of work experience in hospitals; Lack of hearing and vision disorders. Exclusion criteria: Absence in the more than 25% of classes
