Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with ASA grade one and two who were candidates for elective orthopedic surgery under spinal anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who do not agree to prescribe spinal anesthesia. Provisions for the prescription of spinal anesthesia are prohibited. Patients who are allergic to medications in the study. The patient should be in urgent cases. Patients who have drug addiction. Patients who fail in the nerve block.

Design outcomes

MeasureTime frame
Intraoperative shivering during spinal anesthesia. Timepoint: Every 5 minutes to 20 minutes, and then every 10 minutes to 70 minutes, shivering was recorded by an anesthetic expert in a patient's questionnaire. Method of measurement: According to Clinical Obstetrician Anesthesiologist.
