Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patient candidate for total mastectomy; Age 18-70 yr ; ASA Class I- II; Signed written informed consent to participate in the study. Exclusion criteria: History of gastrointestinal diseases; History chemotherapy / radiotherapy; Migraine; Viral infections during the previous month; Neurologic disease or neuromuscular or psychiatric disease; Taking any medications during one week before surgery; Substance abuse drug or alcohol dependence.
